Privacy Policy

2. Contact and Booking Requests
When you submit a form, we process the contact, company, and project information you provide, along with technical metadata, in order to process your request, prevent misuse, and document your consent. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
3. Newsletter
Newsletters are only sent on the basis of your consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. A double opt-in procedure should be enabled for production use.
4. Retention Period
Request data is only stored for as long as it is needed to process the request, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate follow-up. Retention periods are configured in the administration area and documented technically.
5. Recipients and Processors
Depending on configuration, hosting, database, and email service providers may process data. Before deployment, data processing agreements, storage locations, and subprocessors must be reviewed and specifically named here.
6. Your Rights
You have, in particular, the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. Security
The application uses role-based access control, secure session cookies, CSRF protection, logging of administrative changes, and transport encryption in production. No technical system can guarantee absolute protection.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Necessary cookies are used for security and sign-in. Optional analytics may only be enabled after corresponding consent. Your selection in the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser.
